Michele Mottola at Special Events Consulting says:

“It is obvious that David Tucker loves what he does as his pictures always represent the essence of the person who is on the other end of the camera. He is warm, compassionate and so unbelievably talented.   David always scouts out his locations prior and makes many considerations that include LIGHTING,  background, accessibility, timing and ease for guests being photographed all before the event is in full swing. This pro activeness absolutely contributes to the success of any event.  I know my clients are in great hands when they select David Tucker, it is off my list of things to worry about.”

I loved seeing this couple having a ton of fun on their engagement shoot!! That’s alway my goal. Equally amazing is that our time together became a significant experience in celebrating their love and the beginning of their journey together.

An engagement shoot in historic Boston is a fantastic way to capture romance and excitement. The city’s rich history and stunning architecture provide a beautiful backdrop for photos. We started off at the famous Tatte Bakery and Cafe on Charles St and then went to Beacon Hill. This picturesque neighborhood is known for its narrow, cobblestone streets and charming brick row houses. The Georgian and Federal-style homes, gas lanterns, and flowering trees make Beacon Hill a dreamy setting for engagement photos.

From there, we strolled through the Boston Public Gardens. This classic park is home to lush gardens, ponds, and monuments, as well as the iconic Swan Boats. On this warm, winter day, the soft afternoon light created a unique ambience.

We finished with a few whimsical and creative photos at The Newbury, the newly renovated historic hotel on Newbury Street. We also took advantage of the holiday lights on the Commonwealth Mall; creating a magical, romantic feel.

Enjoy this selection from our engagement session, and big congrats to this beautiful couple!! I can’t wait to photograph their South East Asian wedding in May!!

Corey and Andy’s wedding at the historic Omni Parker Hotel in the heart of Boston was nothing short of spectacular! The weather was a perfect with a cloudless sky and mild temperatures. Directly across the street is Boston’s Old City Hall (built in 1865), which was a perfect spot for their romantic first look. Old City Hall, which once was the Boston Latin School, held special significance for the groom as it was Andy’s high school alma matter. After a heart felt ceremony, an amazing party followed that blew the roof off of the Omni Parker Hotel. Wishing these two love birds deeply well!! Enjoy this sneak peek.

Brianne and Alex’s celebration took place across a number of the beautiful and historic sites of Boston. They got ready amidst the grandeur of the Park Plaza Hotel. Brianne and Alex’s ceremony was held at the historic Old South Church in Boston’s Back Bay near Copley Square. The Tower, a Longwood Venue, one of Boston’s newest wedding venues, formerly known as the Castle at Park Plaza, harkens back to the days of medieval castles. A perfect setting for a fairy tale wedding. Please enjoy this sneak-peek from their magical day.

On a pristine early fall day on Cape Cod, in a quintessential New England setting, Ellen and Tim celebrated their love with family and friends. The bride and groom got ready at two separate cozy locations; the Captains Manor Inn and the Inn on the Square.  The ceremony location at the First Congregational Church of Falmouth had all the charm you would ever dream of. The reception celebration was at the Menauhant Yacht Club and under the famous Sperry Tents! Please enjoy this sneak peek of photos!!
