Michele Mottola at Special Events Consulting says:

“It is obvious that David Tucker loves what he does as his pictures always represent the essence of the person who is on the other end of the camera. He is warm, compassionate and so unbelievably talented.   David always scouts out his locations prior and makes many considerations that include LIGHTING,  background, accessibility, timing and ease for guests being photographed all before the event is in full swing. This pro activeness absolutely contributes to the success of any event.  I know my clients are in great hands when they select David Tucker, it is off my list of things to worry about.”

Boston Harbor Hotel and Grace Ormond

I was honored when the folks at Boston Harbor Hotel approached me looking for just the right photo for their ad in Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine. I think the ad came out beautifully.

The Boston Harbor Hotel is such a regal and breathtakingly beautiful spot overlooking the harbor, smack in the middle of downtown Boston. There’s something so invigorating and exciting about the mix of cosmopolitan and ocean settings. I love the architecture of this building, one of my favorites in Boston.

I also added a couple of shots here in the slideshow from a wedding a while back that was at the BHH. The amazingly artful linens are from my dear colleague at Table Toppers, the flowers and the design by Domenic Cambio Studios,  lighting by Suzanne B. Lowell Lighting design.

Enjoy, I’ll be posting some more from weddings at the Boston Harbor Hotel soon.

Vermont destination wedding!

A spectacular weekend of outdoor fun, (including snow shoeing), love and partying!! I feel like I know Anna and Jon so well, as I’ve had the pleasure of photographing their engagement party and another family event. But I have to say I’ve never seen Anna so happy, wow I can’t describe to you the aura of relaxed, elation that lit up the room when Anna was there!! I really felt I had a glimpse into the depth of their beautiful relationship, congratulations to you guys, I’m so happy for you!!!

The Inn at the Roundbarn Farm is a romantic farmhouse and restored Shaker barn in Wakefield Vermont that has the intimacy and old world charm which puts you at ease, and slows you down to a healthy pace of life. With the creative talent of an incredible team of vendors, mostly from Boston,  the Shaker barn was infused with an awe inspiring grandeur.
