It is always such a pleasure to photograph at the beautiful and historic Lyman Estate<\/a>, also known as The Vale, in Waltham, MA. Kristen and Dave were blessed with a perfect spring day for their wedding and reception. They both were filled with anticipation, joy, and humor during their pre-ceremony preparations; including Dave and his groomsmen\u2019s impromptu game of cards and Kristen\u2019s fun jaunt in the greenhouse with her bridesmaids. Their touching outdoor ceremony held a surprise element; literally \u201ctying the knot\u201d with a Celtic cord. Kristen and Dave wanted to see each other for the first time at their ceremony, so we did a romantic stroll afterwards for their first photos as a married couple. Their purple, white, violet, and silver color scheme was an elegant choice which enhanced the beauty of the charming estate. Dramatic evening light provided a gorgeous visual finale to their picture perfect day.<\/p>\n
