It was a great pleasure to celebrate Leah’s beautiful and fun Bat Mitzvah at Brandeis University in Waltham. I was very impressed with her dvar Torah, as well as her mitzvah project of knitting scarves for the homeless. Mazal Tov!! I’ve known her family for many years and I am so happy to be an artistic witness to their wonderful simcha. Please enjoy this selection of photos, and feel free to leave your comments below. Thanks!!
It was a treat to meet professionals last night from Hotel Marlowe. We met at the members party, at the Boston Bridal Lounge located on Newbury Street in the heart of fashion row, Boston. I was reminded of two wedding photography shoots inspired by Hotel Marlowe’s plush, red furnishings.
Jen and Nick chose to cozy up in the lush, seductive setting of Hotel Marlowe’s lobby for their engagement photos; warming up a cool New England day.
The lobby of the Hotel Marlowe has an artsy elegance that was perfectly suited for Julie-Ann and Brant’s wedding portraits. They are some of the most creative and theatrical people I know! The hotel provided an artistic backdrop, as well as rich, romantic accomodations for the couple, their family, and friends.

What an absolutely divine day and location for the wedding of Anastacia and Peter! I absolutely loved working with these two, and was delighted to be their artistic witness. The Habitat Wildlife Sanctuary is such an enchanted place, nestled in Belmont and surrounded by an 87-acre wildlife sanctuary of varied habitats—meadows, ponds, and mixed hardwood and evergreen woods.
The terrace of Habitat’s Georgian-style house leads to exquisite gardens, and a spacious lawn surrounded by sunlit trees and fresh air. Capers Catering did a magnificent job of harmonizing with the natural setting. Every detail was a delight to the eye as well as the palette. Please leave your comments and best wishes for Anastacia and Peter below.
I had the great honor of photographing Ben’s brother’s Bar Mitzvah several years ago, and am delighted to be there for their family again!! Ben and his cousin Zach decided to go head to head and have their celebrations together. These kids are such a power house of mensch energy, I was really blown away by both of their Dvar Torahs. Andy and his wife Dana are some of my most wonderful clients. They are such sweethearts! Thanks again for inviting me to be the creative witness for your families’ simchas! Enjoy a selection of photos from the day, and please feel free to leave your comments and best wishes below. Thanks to Temple Beth Elohim in Wellesley for hosting such a great event, party, and special Bar Mitzvah celebration. I always love photographing Bar and Bat Mitzvah events there, the new space is amazing!!
